Payment
Full payment will be taken 14 days prior to your arrival. This amount may be taken in two separate payments due to new security measures that came into effect this year. A secure payment link from us may also be sent to you via email if your stay is over £400 - this is also due to new security measures that require authorisation codes over a certain amount.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in/out Policy
Check-in is available between 16:00 and 18.00. Any early or late arrivals to be arrange prior to arrival. Check out is by 10am. Please inform Broadlands Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time.Guests are required to show a photo identification and debit/credit card upon check-in.
Smoking
Broadlands Guest house is strictly a non-smoking establishment. Guests found to be smoking on the premises may be asked to leave and will be charged £50 for the deep cleaning.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
Broadlands Guest House does not accept children under the age of 6 years, There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the room.
Internet
WiFi is availableand is free of charge.
Parking
There is free, on street, parking available on Broad Street and in the streets surrounding the property, which is on a first come first served basis.There is also public car park across the street from the house. The train and bus station is just a 5 to 7 minute walk from the property
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Loss/Damage
Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the property or the items within it. Please report any damages as soon as they occur.
Broadlands Guest House does not tolerate any abusive or disruptive behaviour, if you are abusive or disruptive in any manor either towards staff or guests you will be asked to leave the property and full payment will be required.
The credit/debit card details supplied are held to secure payment for any loss of keys, damage or breakages caused during your stay. If the damage is significant, we may make an additional charge, especially in the instance of us being unable to let the room due to damage.
Liability
Broadlands Guest House does not accept any liability for any damages. loss or injury to any member of your party, your vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or by our employees or contractors whilst acing in the course of employment.
