Hi there! We would like to offer you a warm welcome here at the Broadlands Guest House, an award winning, family-run, guest house situated on a quiet road in the heart of Windermere village. 

Our traditional Victorian house is just a two minute walk away from a variety of many great pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. We are also located just a leisurely 15-20 minute walk from lake Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere, and a short 10-minute drive from Ambleside.

 We are also situated just a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus station, making us an ideal base to discover what the beautiful Lake District has to offer. 

So whether you would like to visit for an adventurous summer break or a relaxing winter escape, we promise to make sure you feel right at home during your stay with us.
